Do Re Li - Yes You Can!

Do Re Li by Dorlymusic Ltd., enables learning the language of music in no time at all.

This user friendly, musical learning computer program was developed by composer, Dorly Oren-Chazon. It is focused on shortening the first step in the understanding of music, so that students can leap forward in their musical appreciation. The Nova touch screen instantly becomes a piano keyboard, enabling students to read, write and play music on their own. By pressing any key, not only is the appropriate sound produced, but also the name of the note is heard in a human singing voice, at the right pitch (Do, Re, Mi… or C, D, E…). When students press the key, figures appear in the color of the key in proportion to the relative height of the note (for example, the figure for Sol would be higher than the figure for Do).

Furthermore, the program acts as a synthesizer producing multiple instrumental sounds. Students can select different instruments to hear individually, thus differentiating between them, and enabling them to learn to identify specific instruments as they are heard in solo or as part of the orchestra. The learning method comprises various styles of original melodies specifically composed for each music lesson.
